Professional Aussie looking for social flat

Hi everyone!

I've just moved from Melbourne (groundbreaking) and wanting to find social flat with fun people. Would prefer to be friends with the people I live with. I've lived in rentals for 10 years, so know how to be respectful of other people's spaces, keep it clean, etc.

Will be working in a media agency, starting mid Sep (mix of WFH and in office).

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, seeing friends, love all types of sport, will fill in for your social netball team, bingeing trash and non trash TV shows, going to the theatre/gigs/music events, op shopping.

Would prefer a longer term lease, so I don't need to write this again anytime soon. Open to both queer and non-queer flats. Wanting to make the flat feel like home, so preference is to be living with people I could be friends with, I also respect the need for own space. I like to keep my home clean and tidy, also open to cooking together/for eachother (good luck, my culinary skills are horrible), and hanging out generally.

Open to buddy ups or moving into existing rooms (preference is ads posted from existing ads from flatmates, no live in landlords/agents).
