New professional seeking long-term houseshare

Hi, my name is Nick and I'm a 25yo postdoctoral professional starting work at the Cambridge Science Park from the 01/10/26. I'm moving to Cambridge from Australia and I'm looking for a room in a long-term rental, preferably in CB4 or within a 15-minute cycle from the CSP.

My target date for moving in is anywhere from late September to mid October and my budget is around £700, but flexible up to £850. I'd ideally like to live with social people of similar age and interests - people who are also new to Cambridge and willing to explore is a plus!

About me: I'm a tidy and fairly quiet flatmate who enjoys going to the gym, cycling, sculpture and painting, and cooking. I'm new to Cambridge and I'm keen to see what the city has to offer - trying out sports, going to new pubs, etc., but I'm also happy to have quiet nights in if that's the vibe. I'm happiest in a clean house with plenty of space to relax and a nice garden to look into.
