Looking for a room/ buddy up

Hi!
I am looking to move into a new flat in Edinburgh in September. Since last August, I have been living in the city with three other people. We have been good friends throughout the year, however, they are all moving on from Edinburgh while I am eager to stay.
I am 25 and currently work in one of the pubs in Old Town, however, I will be starting a new job at the charity Scot-ART at the end of August. I am a sociable person who enjoys spending time with other people while also being respectful of their space and privacy. I am generally interested in being active, whether its running, going to the gym or playing sports, and I am up for hanging out in the flat or going out to the pub.
