Looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable single room in South Manchester or East Manchester . Ideally looking for around £450–£550 per month with bills included.

I am a respectful, tidy and considerate person looking for a quiet and stable home. I am currently employed and developing my IT/service-desk skills, so good transport links to Manchester and surrounding employment areas are important.

I am interested in Stretford, Sale, Cheadle Hulme, Chorlton, Burnage/East Didsbury, Withington, Levenshulme, Wythenshawe, Salford, Audenshaw, Failsworth, Beswick, and suitable parts of Stockport.

Ideally looking for a furnished room in a clean, quiet, non-smoking household. I would particularly value a respectful home environment and good access to buses/trams/trains, shops and everyday amenities.
