Looking for room to rent in edinburgh asap

I'm currently looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh as soon as possible. I start university very soon. Pretty open to whatever area as long as there is decent public transport.

Open to a year long let or shorter sublets that I could stay in whilst finding my permeant room. As long as the room is furnished.

Whilst I am going back to university, I'm definitely not looking for a party type student flat. Of course I don't mind flatmates being social and having friends around but I'm not looking for the type of place that becomes hard to get a good nights sleep, for that reason I think it's maybe better to live with mature or masters students. Also open to working professionals but they would need to be okay with me not paying council tax as I'm a student.
