Professional seeking room from 26th Sep

I am a 28 year old working full-time in audit at a local accountancy firm. I am seeking a single or double room to live from the 26th of September as my tenancy in my current flat is coming to an end.

I am a quiet and considerate tenant who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. I spend my free time watching films, studying for a professional qualification and playing sport. I am a non-smoker but do not mind if you smoke. I have no children or pets.

My budget is around £850 per month (not including bills). I work in central Brighton and so would prefer to live somewhere also quite central.
