Lewes area house/flat share or studio sought

I am looking for a room in a house or apartment, a studio apartment, or a single-person occupancy flat for myself in the Lewes area, where I am currently staying.

I recently relocated to Lewes after spending 10+ years overseas living and working in Croatia and Saudi Arabia as a culture, arts and travel journalist. I have a full-time job in the Lewes area.

I am a relatively mature professional, teetotal (I don't mind people who drink - I enjoy going to the pub with my friends who drink!). My professional background is arts / culture / travel journalism to editor level, care work and event producing.

I am clean, particularly in the kitchen and although I know a lot about music, I am very quiet. I am friendly, easy going and openminded. I like animals in general although I keep no pets myself (I look after my friend's dogs and cat when she is away).

My hobbies are swimming, cooking, writing, walking, hiking, photography and movies. Of these, cooking is perhaps what I enjoy doing most often (I don't eat fast food or take-away, I enjoy cooking everything from scratch)
