Room Wanted For Professional Male

Hi, I’m Steve, 46, and I’m currently looking for a single or double room to rent in Leicester, with a budget of up to £450 per month.

I’m happy to share with males or females of any age and would ideally like a quiet, clean and secure home with considerate housemates and peaceful surroundings with WiFi and all bills included if possible.

I’m particularly interested in LE2 areas, including areas such as Aylestone, Wigston, Eyres Monsell, Glen Parva, Blaby and Knighton, although I’m also open to suitable properties closer to Leicester city centre.

I’m looking for somewhere I can feel comfortable and settled, so a quiet household and a secure room would be particularly important to me.
