30yo Professional Female Looking for Room – Edi

Hi! I'm Olivia, a 30-year-old professional looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh from around mid-September 2026.

I'm currently looking for a friendly, clean and respectful home to share, ideally with other female professionals. I'm tidy, considerate and easy-going, and I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I work from home part time as my role requires me to go into the office around 2–3 days a week. When I'm in the office, I usually stay overnight in the Borders for work, so I'm not in Edinburgh every day.

In my spare time I enjoy dancing, going to the gym, walking, travelling, theatre and spending time with friends and family. I'm sociable and enjoy having a chat, but I'm also respectful of people's space and downtime.

I'm looking for:

A furnished room, ideally a double
Preferably a female household
Somewhere in Edinburgh or in the surrounding areas
Ideally bills included or with a clear idea of the total monthly cost
Parking would be a bonus but isn't essential as long as there are places around the area that are free parking
A friendly, clean and respectful household
