Student looking for room from 21 September

Hi, I'm Viktor, a 21‑year‑old second‑year Criminology student at the University of Exeter. I'm looking for a double or single room from late September for the academic year (until June/July 2027), ideally close to the city centre or with good transport links to the university.

I'm tidy, non‑smoking, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I've lived in shared houses before and understand the importance of keeping communal areas clean and getting along with housemates. I'm also happy to help with household chores.

I'm not a party person - I value a calm and peaceful environment where I can focus on my studies. My budget is up to £675 per month including bills, and I can pay the deposit and first month's rent upon move‑in.
