I’m looking for a flatmate to rent with in Belfast.

I’m 29, returned from traveling and now moving to Belfast for a job in the legal sector. I enjoy a quiet cosy night in, and equally enjoy going for a drink/ night out every now and then.

I’m a clean and friendly person, and like keeping my space tidy. I’m looking for somewhere comfortable and homely and also sociable with a good house atmosphere.

I enjoy running and the outdoors in general, reading, and searching for a good coffee shop.

I’ve been viewing 2/3 bed properties in Belfast and am hoping to make some joint applications in the next few days (28th Aug onwards). I’m looking for a flatmate who:

- works on a full-time basis (this is a rental requirement
- is available to move in from September
- is around the same age as me
- is clean and tidy
- wants to be friends and would be up for doing some activities together from time to time!
