Josh, 22- Looking for Flatmate in Manchester

Hi! I’m looking for accommodation in Manchester, either someone to buddy up with to find a flat together or a double room in an existing flat. Ideally, I’m looking around Ancoats, NOMA or New Islington. My maximum budget is £900 PCM including bills.

I’ll be starting my new job in October, working 9–5 office based so ideally looking for someone with a similar schedule and lifestyle. I’d like to live with someone who’s friendly and fairly social, where we can have a good relationship and do things together, but also have our own space and time to ourselves.

Outside of work, I’m quite active and enjoy going for runs and walks, cooking, trying new places to eat, heading to bars and pubs, watching football and generally getting out and about. I’m also definitely someone who enjoys a good yap, whether that’s chatting over dinner or having a drink after work!
