I have a stable routine and mostly work on site.

I am social and always up for a casual chat, a shared meal or a drink, but I also highly respect personal space and quiet time after a busy day.

I value cleanliness and organization, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom, and want to live with someone who shares the same standards.

What I'm looking for: Budget: £800 - £1,000 per month (ideally including bills, but flexible).

Preferred areas: Salford Central - Manchester City Centre.

Move-in date: End of October.
