Single dad

Relationship has recently broke down, finding myself needing to move out after almost 9 years together, I have a 6yr old daughter, I work full time, 5/6am until about 3/4pm so out most of the day, including occasional Saturday’s. I’m a normal guy, never smoked, hardly drink. Just a dad who’s found himself needing a place to live and can’t afford the current rental rates. I like my cars, have a Japanese import, also work with cars, I’m quite a quiet person, neat and tidy.
