Modern room& large windows(Away every other month)

Hi! I’m Clara, 23, working as a brain injury live in carer on a 'one month on, one month off' schedule.
Because of my work pattern, I’ll only be physically living at the flat every other month though I will always pay my full share of rent and bills every single month. This means you’ll essentially get the apartment to yourself 6 months out of the year while paying standard flatshare prices.

Looking to Teaming Up:
A friend and I are looking for a third girl to apartment hunt with for a two bedroom. We’re aiming for Wembley Park or Canary Wharf with a combined budget of around £3k, we can get a great new build with a gym, concierge, and all the amenities. Text me if you might be interested.

Locations: Primary focus on Wembley park and Docklands, or safe areas max 25 mins to Central London.
Budget: Up to £800–£1,000 pcm.

Room Specs: Bright, spacious double room with large windows and enough floor space for a wide/triple wardrobe.
Proximity: Under a 10-minute walk to the nearest Tube station with reliable late-night transport.

Bathroom: Ideally en-suite, or sharing with a maximum of 1–2 clean, tidy people.

I’m friendly, clean, respectful, and easygoing. When I'm not working or travelling, I love exploring new restaurants and keeping a relaxed, tidy home. I’m happy to share a movie night or meal with flatmates, but I also value personal downtime and independence. I don’t cook heavily either.
