33yo female working professional

Hi! My name is Aila and I’m a 33yo female.
I’m an easy going flatmate, I like socialising and really enjoy my own space. I don’t mind the occasional gathering/party but generally prefer a relaxed and peaceful environment to come home to.
I do my best to keep shared spaces neat, tidy and respected.
I’m looking to move to London in the next couple of months.

In my spare time I enjoy relaxing at home, going out/dining out with friends, travelling, occasionally going to the theatre, crafting, throwing gatherings/themed parties, swimming, baking, yoga, trying new hobbies/workshops/sports such as pottery/flower arranging/tennis.

I’m looking for:
- 7 days a week room
- Bills included
- Double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished ok with storage space included or enough space to furnish with my own)
- Ideally an en-suite is preferred but open to sharing a bathroom
- Shared living room and kitchen with plenty of light is essential
- Private garden/patio ideal but not essential. Also open to a communal garden/patio
- Pets allowed (I don’t own any currently but even if anyone owns some I’d be very happy! Except spiders and snakes!)
- WiFi included

- A strictly no smoking household
- Friends and family are allowed to visit or stay over
- Strictly no shoes allowed to be worn in the house
- A clean and tidy place and respectful of shared spaces
