### Looking for a friendly home/flatshare – with my lovely dog 🐶

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly person or household who has a room available and would be happy to share their home with me and my dog, Betty.

I currently live on my own, but I’ve realised that I much prefer living in a shared home. I enjoy having my own space and independence, but it’s also nice to have someone around for a chat, a coffee, or just some company at home.

I’m a professional working in research at the University of Edinburgh. I’m respectful, clean and tidy, friendly, and considerate of other people’s space.

Betty is my English Bulldog. She is friendly, house-trained and very much part of my life, so I’m specifically looking for a genuinely dog-friendly home. 🐾

As I already have my own home at the moment, I have furniture and household items that I can bring with me if useful. Ideally, I’d love to find somewhere with an unfurnished or partly furnished room, or someone who is flexible about me bringing some of my own furniture. I also already have Wi-Fi/broadband, so depending on the arrangement, I may be able to bring that with me too.

I’m not just looking for a room — I’d really like to find a comfortable, friendly home where we get along and both enjoy sharing the space, while still respecting each other’s privacy.
