Room wanted — professional, quiet, tidy, nonsmoker

Hi! I'm Will, a working professional looking for a room in a friendly professional household.

A bit about me: I'm easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared space - I do my washing up the same day, don't have people over unannounced, and I'm not a party host. I keep fairly regular working hours, so I'm out most of the day and quiet in the evenings.
Outside work I'm into cooking (I'll happily make too much and share), photography, walking, and I spend a fair bit of time at the coast sailing. I'm sociable and happy to sit and have a beer and a chat in the kitchen, but I'm equally happy to keep to myself - whatever the household prefers.
I'm a non-smoker, employed full-time with references available, and can provide a deposit and payslips without any fuss.

What I'm after:
Own room, ideally a double (I'm 6'5", so a bit of space helps!)

Somewhere clean and reasonably quiet
Sharers who are working professionals
Parking or on-street parking would be a bonus
Budget around £850 pcm including bills, ideally moving 16th of Sept but I'm flexible for the right place.
