Quiet, tidy final-year UOE Engineering student

Hi! I'm 23, a final-year Mechanical & Electrical Engineering student at the University of Edinburgh, just back from an 8-month paid placement in London. I'm tidy, easy to live with, and non-smoker. Since it's my final year I'll need a fair amount of quiet time for studying and my dissertation, but I do enjoy the occasional night out, coffee catch-ups, or a chilled evening in with flatmates too.

Looking to move in around 10th-18th September and stay through to June (open to later if it works out well). Budget up to £750 depending on what's included. Happy to look at 2-3 bed flats in areas like Newington, Marchmont, or similar central/south side locations, close to Central Campus/library.
