Looking for a Double Room / Maidstone Kent

Hey, I’m Dan, 30, and I’m looking for a room in a friendly, sociable house share around Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

I’m a full-time professional and pretty easy-going. I work from home a few of days a week, so ideally I’m looking for a decent-sized room with enough space for a desk and chair.

Outside of work I’m into the gym, golf, padel, music, travelling and generally getting out and doing things. I’m always up for a pub, dinner, BBQ or something spontaneous at the weekend.

I’m ideally looking for a smaller house share with around 3–4 people, with a decent lounge/common area. I really enjoy having a good relationship with the people I live with and would be keen to find a sociable house where everyone is comfortable hanging out together, whether that’s having a drink, cooking dinner or doing something at the weekend.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful.

Budget is around £850–£900 pcm depending on the property and bills. Ideally looking around Maidstone, Coxheath, Loose, Barming and surrounding areas.
