Imperial research (26) looking for room near W12

Hi! I'm Johannes, 26, from Germany. I'm moving to London in October to start as a research assistant at Imperial College. My lab is on the Hammersmith Campus (W12), so I'm mainly looking around Shepherd's Bush, White City, Acton and Hammersmith.

I've just finished my Master's in biochemistry and have lived and worked in Berlin, Stockholm, Auckland and California, so I'm used to sharing a flat and finding my feet in a new city. I'm very clean and tidy and easy to live with (I was crowned the cleaning god of my flat share in Berlin :) ). Very keen on cooking or baking together (esp. Sunday brunches) or going running, catching a beer and so on .
I find the question for hobbies always quite funny as I think spending time with friends is a semi good answer but in the end that is exactly what I love to do the most. Whether we go out, picnic, brunch, boulder, swim,... I am flexible. Quality time is diverse.

I am looking for a room in a friendly houseshare from 01 of October, ideally for at least 8months with max 4ppl in total. Budget up to £990 pcm including bills. I am non smoker, have no pets, I am happily taken and employed on a stable contract and happy to provide references.

I'm still in Germany for now, so viewings by video call work best. Happy to arrange a call whenever suits you.
