Looking for a room or a buddy up

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly housemate aged roughly 24–30 to share a flat with.

A little about me: I live in Liverpool and will be moving to start a new job in Manchester. I will be spending most weekdays working (3 days office/2 days wfh) while evenings will hopefully be a time of relaxation whether on my own or if you’re down to watch something then I’d be happy to do so.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat but I’m equally respectful of personal space.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, considerate, and reasonably tidy. Ideally, working and looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home.
