31m professional looking for room or buddy up

Hi, I’m Joe! I’m a single, 31 YO Civil Servant looking for a clean, modern room or someone to buddy up with and find a place together. Just to clarify my photos, I am moving in solo! The women pictured are my mum and a close friend!

Ideally, I would like to be close to the city, but because I drive I'm completely open to surrounding areas like Bootle, North Liverpool, or South Liverpool. I wanna avoid anything over the water so to not have to deal with tolls. And I do need parking, but standard on street parking is more than completely fine. My preferred budget is around £600 per month, though I can stretch to £700 for the perfect place. If we're going for something central, my max rent budget would need to sit on the a bit lower end so I can cover a parking pass.

I work a hybrid schedule and head into the office an avg of 2 days a week. When I'm working from home, I just need my bedroom to be a fairly quiet space during the day so I can wfh and deal with meetings. Outside of work, I am a big gamer with a proper PC setup, and I spend a lot of time watching movies and talking to friends on discord. I still have studio monitors from when I used to DJ and produce music. While I use them during the day, I am very considerate of shared spaces and will switch to headphones in the evenings or whenever you need quiet.

I am not a big drinker, but I am massively into the electronic music scene, raves, and festivals. I am definitely up for going out or grabbing a drink together every now and then though, but I am equally happy if we just do our own thing. I am a very open-minded guy. I'm straight and cisgender myself, but very LGBTQ+ friendly and want a home where all my friends feel welcome. I have no pets, and I am strictly an outdoor-only smoker.

I am looking for a chilled, adaptable home with space for us (or all of us if more than just us 2). I definitely prefer a smaller household and want to avoid any cramped or overcrowded properties.
