Hi! My name is Ershad. I am a clean, easygoing, and reliable professional holding two Master’s degrees (Project Management & Engineering) and currently working full-time in logistics across the Manchester area.
​I am looking to team up with 1 or 2 like-minded flatmates to rent a fresh, comfortable property together starting around 7th September.
​I lead a clean and quiet routine during the workweek, but I am very friendly, approachable, and always up for a chat or a social drink/meal. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, reading, and keeping a calm, organized living space. I am a non-smoker, house-proud and always pull my weight with shared chores.

​Locations: Fully flexible across Greater Manchester
​Parking: Because I drive, I just need a place with safe/easy parking (driveway, allocated space, or street parking).
