I'm a male teacher looking for a private room for 10 nights, from 12–22 September.

I'm looking mainly around: 📍 Hulme / M15 📍 Oxford Road 📍 Ardwick / M13 📍 Victoria Park 📍 Manchester City Centre

Ideally somewhere within walking distance or around 15 minutes by bus from central Manchester, as I'll be attending events around the city.

I'm quiet, clean, tidy, respectful and a non-smoker. 🚭

✅ Single bed is fine
✅ Kitchen access needed
✅ Live-in landlord / family home / older homeowner / house share all welcome

I'm happy to pay the full stay upfront after verifying the room and details.
