Female graduate seeking room

I am a 23‑year‑old female recent master’s graduate from the University of Birmingham. I have a healthy, regular lifestyle and always keep my living space clean and tidy.

I am currently applying for jobs, mostly looking for in‑person roles, so I will not work from home regularly. My sleeping pattern is bedtime between 10 pm‑12 am, waking 7‑9 am, no shift work.

I am searching for a single/double room. I hope to move in before 5th September. I can rent until the end of December, with potential to extend for a year if I secure local employment. My monthly budget is around £560+, ideally bills included.

Must‑haves: quiet nights, clean and tidy living room.
