Postgraduate engineer seeking room in MK

Hi, I'm Sergio, a postgraduate engineer finishing an MSc at Cranfield, currently also working as a research intern in the aerospace sector. I'm moving off campus on 11 September and looking for a room in Milton Keynes or Bedford.

What I'm after: one month initially from 9th September, with the possibility of extending depending on where work takes me next. Budget up to £700 pcm, ideally bills included.

About me: quiet, tidy and out most of the day. Non-smoker, no pets. I've lived in university accommodation and shared houses throughout my degree, so I'm used to sharing a kitchen and being considerate about it. Happy to provide references from Cranfield.

I can pay the first month upfront and move in immediately. I'm flexible on area, anywhere with reasonable access to the station works.
