Durham Student (Grey College) looking for a room f

Hi! I am David, an incoming Erasmus / finance student at Durham University (attached to Grey College) looking for a room in a shared student house or flat for the full 2026/27 academic year.
About me:
- Clean, organized, respectful, and easy-going flatmate.
- Non-smoker.
- Big into sports and fitness (I play basketball and will be training regularly at Maiden Castle).
- I enjoy a friendly, social house atmosphere with movie nights or shared meals, but I am equally focused on my studies and respect everyone's personal space and quiet hours.

What I'm looking for:
- Single or double room in a shared student house / flat.
- Areas: Near South Road, Elvet, Neville's Cross, Gilesgate, Langley Moor, or Framwellgate Moor (open to any location with good bus/bike access to campus).
- Budget: £110 – £155 / week (£450 – £650 / month).
- Move-in date: Mid-September (around Sept 15–17, 2026) for the full academic year.
