27-year-old Doctor looking for a room | £700 pcm | End of September

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old doctor looking for a furnished double room in Bromsgrove, Redditch or Droitwich ideally from the end of September.

My budget is up to £700 pcm. I’d ideally like an en-suite and parking, although I’m flexible on the en-suite for the right place. Parking is important to me.

I’m preferably looking to live with other professionals, but I’m open-minded about who I live with. I’m clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces and easy-going. I’m looking for somewhere that feels friendly and homely rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I work as a doctor, so I can be busy with work during the week, but outside of work I’m quite sociable. I enjoy football, F1, cars, music, going out for food and spending time with friends. I’m equally happy having a quiet night in or having a chat and socialising with housemates.
