Student looking to share a place in York

I'm a 21yo who is looking tor somewhere to move into around 20th September in York. I've lived in York for 3 years so know my way around and would be happy to introduce someone to the area and to my friends I have who still live in the city.

I play football, love hiking and getting outside. I have no real difficult requirements on what a housemate would need to be like, just be able to have good conversation and maybe do something together every so often, as well as fairly clean.

Budget is a little tight so would be looking somewhere ideally around £650ppm, which could still give us a great place from what I've seen.
