We are Sean and Tyler from New Zealand, I'm a secondary school maths teacher and she is a marketing person in arts non-profits.
We're moving to London and this will be our first flat in the city! We love to read over a coffee in the morning and watch Modern Family with dinner at night, we feel relaxed in a communal living area and we're social in a quiet way. Not big party hosters! Although we do enjoy get togethers and group dinners.
We're vegetarian at home (Tylers full-time veggie and I'm just an awesome, considerate boyfriend who eats meat at restuarants) and our ideal flat would have a common living space, it would have windows in the bedroom, and it would be close to a train station as we will be commuting to work.
My asthma makes it very important that we live somewhere that is clean and not mouldy. We are clean people and we want to live in a place that is clean and tidy. Unless there's a very cute animal involved!!
