Academic seeking room in Cambridge

Hello, I am a 36 year old academic relocating from Barcelona to take up a Teaching Associate post at the University of Cambridge. I am looking for a room for a minimum of 11 months, ideally staying through July 2027 or beyond. I am a tidy, considerate housemate who values a calm home environment. During the day, I am typically on campus. My free time is divided between swimming, the gym, and exploring hiking trails. I am also an avid cook and enjoy preparing Mediterranean meals. While I am independent and respect boundaries, I would welcome a friendly household where housemates occasionally share dinner or a morning coffee. I have excellent references ready, can view properties immediately, and am flexible for a prompt move-in.
