Quiet, tidy professional seeking an ensuite room

I work as a manager at a student accommodation building on Briggate in Leeds city centre.

I’m looking for an ensuite room in a safe and peaceful area, ideally close to parks or green spaces and within a 15–20 minute drive of my workplace. Good natural light is important to me, and the room needs to be spacious enough for a desk, chair, computer and monitor, as I’ll be setting up my workspace there.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer. I mainly do street photography, but I also photograph weddings and create promotional videos. I lived in Australia for several years and have travelled extensively, so I’m open-minded and comfortable living with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

My profile mentions that I’m Turkish, so just to avoid any assumptions, I’m not Muslim or religious. I’m completely comfortable living in a home where people drink alcohol or cook pork.

I’m also a big animal lover. I don’t have a cat or dog of my own, but I’d be very happy to live in a home with pets.

I’m clean, tidy, quiet and considerate, and I’m looking for housemates with a similar approach people who are respectful, mature and comfortable keeping the home peaceful and well looked after.
