Creative professional looking for room

Hello! I'm Lachlann and i'm looking for a room in cardiff as I have been offered a job starting in september. I'm ideally looking for a shorter term let while I sort out a more permanent move down from scotland. Happy to discus longer term lets but I would need somewhere that accepted cats for a long term situation. In the short term I will not be bringing my cats.

I'm an easy going considerate flatmate. I like to keep shared spaces tidy and would like somewhere I can socialise with flatmates and also have personal downtime. I would be working out of the house during the day Monday through Friday. I also need access to parking as I have a car.
