Studio/ En-suite Wanted - M15

Hi! I’m Selasie and I’m 26, a working professional relocating to Manchester from Geneva in October to start a new role.

I’m looking for a studio, one-bedroom flat, or a lovely en-suite room in a shared flat/house, ideally furnished and with an easy commute to M15.

If sharing, I’d love to live with other young professionals in a home that’s clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. I really value having my own space, but I’d also love a household where everyone gets along and it doesn’t feel like living with complete strangers.

I’m quite particular about having a home that feels cosy and well looked after, so I’m looking for somewhere I can genuinely settle into rather than simply renting a room. I’d ideally like an en-suite/private bathroom, a nice kitchen/common area, and preferably a smaller household.

Location-wise, I’m looking around Hulme, Greenheys, Castlefield, Old Trafford, Whalley Range, Rusholme and surrounding areas, ideally within around 30 minutes of M15.

My budget depends on the property and what’s included, but I’m ideally looking around £600–£800 for a room/en-suite, or up to around £900–£950 for a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat.

I’m looking to move in during early October and definitely before 19 October, as that’s when I start my new role.

I’m tidy, respectful and easy-going, and I’d love to find somewhere that genuinely feels like home 😊
