🏡 Active & easy-going 26yo looking for a new home!

Hi! I’m Andy 👋 I’m 26, and my two current flatmates have just told me they’re moving away in a month, so I guess it’s officially time for me to find a new place to call home! 🏡

A little about me: I work in sales in the FMCG world, which means a steady supply of free challenger-brand snacks, drinks and random products tends to come with me 😃

I’m pretty active — I run marathons and have just signed up for my first full Ironman next year, so if you’re into running/cycling/swimming, I’d absolutely love a training buddy! That said, I promise exercise isn’t my entire personality. I’m equally happy curled up with my Kindle (my prized possession), watching a film, going to a West End musical, finding a good coffee or matcha spot, travelling — admittedly often for races — or cooking and baking at home.

As a flatmate, I’m very easy-going and sociable. I love having a chat, cooking together or hanging out, but I also really appreciate having my own space and downtime sometimes.

I work from home most days, with occasional days out and about for work, so somewhere with a decent shared living space or even a study/workspace would be amazing… although I realise I may be dreaming slightly with London housing 😂

Basically, I’d love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room in a house — ideally with friendly flatmates who are up for a chat or the occasional coffee/dinner but also have their own lives.
