Looking for Buddy Up - Fordingbridge

Hello!

I'm a 30 year old female professional working in Sandleheath and would like to rent as close to work as possible (Fordingbridge or Sandleheath).

I am working with a budget of £800 a month, including bills, but honestly for the right place and right person I can adjust that budget if needed. (So potentially looking at places around £1200-1400).

I would love a housemate who wants to get way better value for money out of a 2 or 3 bedroom rental rather than spending your whole paycheck on a studio or 1 bedroom place. Would absolutely love to have a space where friends and family can stay over if or when they visit (for both of us, a space for your friends too). Having that space accessible for hobbies and working from home too would be great, hence the lofty goal of a 3 bedroom place.

I'm super laid back, hope I'm a genuinely warm person who you won't have any issues getting along with. Just as happy to be friends as I am to respect your space, depending on your preference.

I'm tidy but also believe that you've got to be able to feel comfortable in your home so I'm never going to be chasing you to clean up after yourself as long as you're respectful of our shared space.

I love indoor plants so there will be plenty of those if you like them too! My time in the house I tend to spend to arty, crafty stuff, and out of the house is usually sports or adventures.

I can move anytime from now, but ideally mid to late October if I have a choice.
