Hi everyone! I’m currently on the hunt for a single room with a budget of £350–£400 a month, with all bills included.
Ideally, I'm looking around Yardley, Sheldon, Lyndon, or Hobs Moat—somewhere nice and close to the X2 bus route since I work in Solihull and need an easy commute.
I'm hoping to move in between November 1st and 3rd. A little bit about me: I'm a clean, quiet, and friendly guy who keeps to himself mostly and respects shared spaces.
