2 mates looking for a third house mate to join us

Hi! Me and my mate (see profile pic) are currently in a flat in Finsbury Park and are looking to move to a new one for October 1st, ideally around North London. Our budget it is around £850-900 We’re looking for a third flatmate to buddy up with and find a place together!!

We’ve both been in London for 2/3 years now and are looking for a social but chill flatmate. We enjoy cooking so the living area would be ideal to cook and chill with flatmates whilst watching TV and unwinding after work. We like to play sports and play 5aside on Fridays, and are into films, games nights and music. Me and my mate are both musicians so would love the idea of being in a creative house, but its definitely not essential!

We’re both fairly busy balancing work and music so we keep to ourselves most evenings after work, but keen to have a flatmate we could do stuff with on weekends. We like a pub trip and occasionally a night out but not looking for someone who wants to party every week.

We’re both very clean but fair and have experienced shared living in London, so looking for someone who fits our vibe 🤝🏽
