My name is Ana. I’m a professional who’s in the process of accepting a new job offer in Eastbourne in the public service. I will be relocating from Kent to Eastbourne from late September/ early October and I’m looking for a nice en-suite room to live in.

I’m happy to provide more details about my job title and salary to reassure agents/landlords that I will be able to cover rent. I also have references and a UK guarantor if needed.

I’m a very responsible, tidy and friendly tenant. I prefer to live with other professionals who are either all women or mixed. I like to read, go on long walks, and watch TV. A home with a nice shared living space is ideal!

I also have a car and would love to park in a driveway but will also consider on-street parking. Central location or close to the town centre is desirable.
