Looking for Accommodation in City Centre

Hi! I'm moving to Manchester on 16th September and am looking for a double room with a clean and respectful roommate.

Hoping not to go above £800pcm including bills but am flexible!

Ideal location is somewhere in the City Centre, but also open to being 15-20 minutes outside by tram as long as it's a safe area and there's a good coffee shop nearby! Also need the flat to be furnished.

A bit about me:
I'll be pursuing a Master's Degree in creative writing at MMU and also working part-time during term and full-time on breaks. I'm very sociable, tidy, and conscientious and always value communication! I love to travel, cook, and read, and I also love pilates, rock climbing, and hiking. While at home, I typically will keep to myself and spend time reading or gaming in my room, but love to catch up over dinner/coffee or watch a show with my roomie :)
