2 lads looking for 2 bedrooms to rent in London!

Hello, this is a room wanted ad for me, Sam and my best mate Duncan (See photos for 2 lovely lads).

We are both from Scotland, and have just finished our maters degrees at University of Glasgow in Engineering and computer science, respectively.

We are outgoing, sociable lads that met in a 12 bed flatshare 5 years ago and have rented together ever since, so we really know how to respect a property and make it a great space! We love sport, keeping fit, going to the pub, doing activities, and making friends not just flatmates.

Our budget on just rent is a firm £900 a month each, and with bills included £1050.

We both have secure savings and financial backgrounds, with guarantors with earrings of 2-3x our rent budget, so you can count rent will be paid on time :)

Our plan is simple, start our new life in London by getting down there as fast as we can (PREFERRED MOVE IN DATE 21st OF SEPTEMBER, EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE), find stable work to keep the money coming in, and search for grad jobs so that we can stay in London for the foreseeable.
