I am seeking ideally an unfurnished room in a house or flat share as I have my own furniture. I have a pet cat who is litter trained and goes outside so outside space is a must. I enjoy the quieter life these days and need my 8 hours so somewhere peaceful with other similar minded folk would be preferable :)
