Quiet student couple seeking short-term room

Hi everyone,

We are Luis and Ayleen, two international postgraduate students starting our studies at Heriot-Watt University this autumn.

We are looking for a furnished double room or studio for roughly 5.5 weeks, from the 8th of September until the 16th of October.

Our long-term tenancy in Edinburgh is already fully secured and confirmed, but our move-in date was postponed to mid-October due to the current tenant extending their stay. We are therefore strictly looking for a clean, quiet place to bridge the gap.

About us:
Non-smokers, no pets.
Very clean, tidy, and respectful flatmates.
Most of our time will be spent on campus or studying.
We have funds ready and can provide references or confirmation of our upcoming tenancy immediately. Any area with decent public transport links towards the city centre or Heriot-Watt is welcome.
