**Two creative 22-year-olds looking for a home in South West London**

Hi! We’re Tom and Herbie, two 22-year-old professionals looking to find a place together in South West London, ideally around Tooting, Balham, or the surrounding areas.

We’re both creatives and work across photography & production. We’re sociable, easy-going and always up for doing something, whether that’s going for a drink, checking out somewhere new, cooking together or heading out for the day. At the same time, we’re both pretty chilled and appreciate having our own space and being able to properly switch off at home.

We’re clean, respectful and considerate housemates, and looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep. Ideally, we’d love to live with like-minded people around our age who are social and up for getting to know each other, but also understand that everyone needs their own time.

We’re looking for a room each in a shared house or flat, ideally somewhere with a good atmosphere and easy access to central London.
