PhD Student - Room for Rent Near Durham U

My name is Ronan and I'm beginning as a PhD student at Durham University this fall. I'm looking for a room to let during my studies at Durham. My educational background is in law, philosophy, and theology, especially indigenous law, environmental law, political philosophy, and mythology and folk in relation to faith.

I'm comfortable with animals/pets, I spend some of my time out of the house exploring, some of my time at home studying or reading/writing. I tend more towards being tidy in my own space and to try to respect communal spaces as well.

My budget is between 400 and 500 pcm, bills inclusive. And I would prefer an LGBT friendly household (not necessarily that others are LGBT, just that there's shared humanity and understanding.)
