28F Canadian teacher seeking a flatmate!

Hi! I’m Paige, a 28-year-old Canadian who has recently moved to London to work as a primary school teacher within the Hackney, Haringey areas. I’m looking for (a) lovely flatmate(s) to share a home with and hopefully make some new friends along the way!

I’m friendly, easygoing, and social, but I also really value having a calm, comfortable home to come back to. I love exploring a new city, going to museums and galleries, and grabbing a coffee and a sweet treat or a pint! I do very much enjoy a night in, making crafts (I love to collage), cooking a nice dinner, or watching. film.

Ideally looking for someone who is:
✨ Around a similar age (28) / young professional
✨ Clean and respectful of shared spaces
✨ Friendly and up for occasionally hanging out
✨ Independent and has their own life/social circle
✨ Looking for more than just a place to sleep!

Thing to note about the flat:
- I'm hoping to be within the Haringey/Hackney areas. I love Islington, and Newington Green
- £1000/pcm is my max
- I could move in straight away! But ideally before the 15th
- I will need a furnished space
- I'm still getting used to London and am hoping for a shorter lease to start (ideally 2-3 months) . Sublets are fine as well!
