**Professional working male looking for room, only 2 nights per week**

I'm a professional working male looking for a clean, comfortable room in Worthing or within approximately 2 miles.

I only need somewhere to sleep **2 nights per week** on a regular, ongoing basis. I won't be living at the property full-time and will generally be out during the day.

I'm a **non-smoker and non-drinker**, clean, quiet and respectful. I also use the gym daily and normally shower there, so I'll make very little use of the property.

Ideally looking for:

• Clean single or double room
• 2 nights per week
• Wi-Fi included
• Parking nearby if possible
• Worthing or within around 2 miles
• Fixed monthly arrangement
• Budget £300 per month

I'm reliable, easy-going and simply looking for a quiet, comfortable place to sleep on the nights I'm in Worthing.
