Looking for buddy for flat Manchester City Centre

Hey! I’m looking for someone to buddy up with and find a nice 2-bedroom apartment together in Manchester City Centre.

My ideal budget is around £750–£850 each per month, depending on the apartment. I’m looking for somewhere modern, clean and comfortable rather than just the cheapest option — ideally a good-sized 2-bed, and 2 bathrooms would be a big bonus.

The plan would be to find a place we both like, view it together and then apply for the tenancy together. I’m flexible on the exact building/area as long as it’s close to the city centre.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, reliable and easy to live with. Happy to have a chat first, meet for a coffee/drink and see if we’d get along before making any decisions.
