Looking for a room

Hi! I'm Jackie, 34, a Records Management Officer looking for a new home after my current landlord decided to sell up (nothing dramatic — just time to find somewhere new!).

About me:

Clean and tidy, but relaxed
Sociable and happy to chat over dinner or a cuppa, but equally happy with my own space
Non-smoker
Work full-time, standard 9–5pm hours
Quiet on weeknights — early nights are my thing
Enjoy reading, museums and galleries, long walks, and a good TV series or film on the sofa

What I'm looking for:

Budget: £800/month, bills included
Move-in: 31st October
Double room ideal, but open to a good single
Somewhere in Zone 1–4 with decent transport links — happy to be further out for the right place and the right flatmates
A friendly, easygoing household where people say hello in the kitchen but don't need to be best mates
